Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking modification of the bail condition imposed by this Court by order dated 6th August, 2018 (Coram: A. S. Gadkari, J). In the said order, the condition No. (b) imposed on the Applicant, that he shall attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).

The bail condition No.(b) is modified as under:- "(b) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required."
