By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) dated 19.12.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 19.12.2023, this Court in paragraph No. 8 (f), has directed that "Except for attending the trial and for the purpose of reporting to the Investigating Officer, the applicant shall not enter Thane District after being released on bail, till further orders of the trial Court." Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a resident of Thane and his family stays at Thane. 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 67-IA-740-2025 (CR).doc The applicant's children cannot be moved out of Thane District because of their education as also he finding it difficult to sustain financially, hence requested to relax the said condition.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (f) of paragraph No. 8 of the Order dated 19.12.2023 is hereby relaxed.

Interim Application is disposed of.
