Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J) vide order dated 19th December, 2023. In the said order, this Court has imposed the condition on the Applicant, "Condition No.(f): Except for the purpose of reporting to the Investigating Officer, the Applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of M.I.D.C. police station and Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

52-IA-755-2025 (CR).doc municipal limits of Solapur City, after being released on bail, till further order of the trial Court".

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that offence was registered under the M.I.D.C. police station, and the Applicant undertakes not to enter in the M.I.D.C. police station. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 5.

Considering the above facts, Condition No.(f) imposed on the Applicant by this Court vide order dated 19th December 2020 is relaxed as under:- i.

The Applicant shall not enter in the area of M.I.D.C. police station, till conclusion of the trial. 6.
