By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks extension of temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 3rd September 2024.

Perused the Application. On 3rd September 2024, we granted temporary bail to the Applicant for a period of six weeks considering his medical condition, i.e., as the applicant was in the Gaikwad RD 1/2
903-ia-774-2025.doc Intensive Care Unit for his kidney ailment and was to be shifted to the ward.

Today, learned APP tendered a medical report of the concerned hospital. In the said certificate, it is stated that the Applicant is suffering from hypertension, chronic kidney disease, end Stage Renal Disease and Cardiac Dysfunction. It appears that the Applicant is exploring the possibility of Renal transplant at Jupiter Hospital. It is further mentioned in the Certificate that he is required to undergo dialysis every alternate day as life saving treatment. The said medical report dated 25th February 2025 issued by the Param Hospital and I.C.U. is taken on record.

Considering the medical condition of the Applicant, the temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 3rd September 2024 is extended for a period of nine months from today. 5.
