CORAM : GAURI GODSE, J.

DATED : 25th AUGUST 2025 ORDER:

1.

This application is filed for various reliefs which cannot be entertained as an application for modification of bail conditions. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant orally submits that he needs extension of time to comply with the undertaking as even today, according to the applicant, an amount of Rs. 10 Lakhs is still not paid.

3.

Learned APP points out that earlier also extension was granted on one occasion. He points out that on 4th December 2024, Page no. 1 of 2

3-IA-785-2025.doc the application for extension of time was rejected. While rejecting the prayer for extension, this Court observed that despite having flouted the bail conditions no proceeding were initiated for cancellation of bail granted to the applicant. 4.

The applicant is granted bail on 30th March 2016. While granting bail, the applicant had given an undertaking that he shall deposit an amount of Rs. 80 Lakhs within three months from the date of his release. Though, some amount is deposited, the condition is not yet complied in its true letter and spirit. Hence, I see no reason to entertain this application which makes various prayers, apart from making an application to cancel the non-bailable w arrant issued by the trial Court.

5.

Since the earlier application for extension of time is already rejected by this Court on 4th December 2024, I see no reason to entertain any of the prayers in this application. 6.

The Interim Application is, therefore, rejected. (GAURI GODSE, J.) Page no. 2 of 2
