Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court (Coram: Bharti Dangre, J) disposed of the bail application of the Applicant along with the co-accused by order dated 30th October 2021, based on the interim relief granted by this Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J) vide order dated 24th January, 2020. However, no bail conditions were imposed on the Applicant, nor was P.R. Bond or surety amount mentioned in the aforementioned bail orders. Shantanu S. It is contention of learned APP that appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and after perusing the bail orders of this Court, and I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. In the event of his arrest in connection with investigation of Crime No. 86 of 2019 registered with Gandhi Nagar Police Station Kolhapur, the Applicant shall be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when as directed by the Investigation Officer.

iii. The Applicant shall attend the Court's date regularly.
