Heard Mr. Mayur Mohite, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent. 2.
By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief :- "Be pleased to relax the condition no. (iii) of the order dated 22nd October 2024 directing the Applicant to attend Sanghvi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, District-Pune, on every 1st and 16th of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till conclusion of trial be relaxed." 3.
Applicant was released on bail by order dated 22nd October 2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 854 of 2024 on the conditions as mentioned in Paragraph 17(i) to (vi) of the order.

Condition No. 17(iii) in respect of which the prayer is made in the present Application is prescribed hereinbelow :- "(iii) The Applicant shall attend Sanghvi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, District-Pune, on every 1st and 16th of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till conclusion of trial."

Mr. Mayur Mohite, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the trial in the aforesaid crime has commenced before the Court of learned District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. The said crime is now registered as Special Case No. 281 of 2024 and hearing in the said proceedings has commenced. He states that the Applicant has been regularly appearing in the said Special Case No. 281 of 2024 as and when the dates are fixed. He submits that Condition No. 17(iii) be relaxed. He on instructions from the Applicant states that the Applicant shall regularly attend the hearings of Special Case No. 281 of 2024, as and when the dates are fixed by the District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that as the Applicant is appearing before the District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Special Case No. 281 of 2024 and if he tenders his undertaking to appear regularly, Condition No. 17(iii) of the order dated 22nd October 2024 be relaxed.

Considering the abovesaid facts and the undertaking of the Applicant to the effect that the Applicant shall regularly appear in
Special Case No. 281 of 2024 on every date fixed by the Court of District Judge-II and Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, unless exempted, the condition bearing no. 17(iii) of the order dated 22nd October 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 854 of 2024 is relaxed.

Interim Application No. 816 of 2025 stands disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
