By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks separation of trial Gaikwad RD 1/2

105-wp-1907-2023.doc which is pending before the trial Court. In view of the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.153 of 2024, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.

The Petition is disposed off.

Needless to state, that the learned Judge to decide the case on its own merits.

In view of the disposal off the Writ Petition, nothing survives for further consideration in the Interim Application. The same is also disposed off.
