1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No. 338 of 2024, which was dismissed for non compliance of directions issued in para No.3 of Order dated 25th June 2024. 1.1) There is a delay of 217 days in preferring present Application. 2) Mr. Sarda, learned Advocate for Applicant submitted that, for condonation of the said inordinate delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs. Rs.5,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of 1/2

2.3) If the Applicant pays the said cost within stipulated period, in that event, the period to supply spare copies as directed vide Order dated 25th June 2024 is extended up to two weeks from the date of payment of cost to the said Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center.
