By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No.(v) imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J) vide order dated 21st August, 2023.

By the said condition, this Court has directed that the Applicant shall attend the Khandeshwar Police Station once every Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

61-IA-839-2025 (CR).doc first Monday of the month between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Learned counsel further submitted that matter is at stage of framing of charge. The Applicant attending Court date's regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP for the State submitted that appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. The bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J ) vide order dated 21st August, 2023, is hereby relaxed.
