Learned Counsel appearing for the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence submits that the Application bearing No.80 of 2025 and connected Applications bearing Nos.78 of 2025 and 79 of 2025, which have been filed by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence seeking cancellation of bail are not shown on board. 2.

In this Interim Application, relief sought is that the Passport, which has been deposited by the Applicant pursuant to the order dated 7th May 2024 be returned to the Applicant. However, as the Dusane
