Heard Mr. Mansuri, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for State.

Learned Advocate would make a grievance that pursuant to the passing of order dated 23.01.2025 and after its effective compliance, part compliance of clause (iii) of paragraph No.8 still remains pending. He would submit that Applicant is ready and willing to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- in the Police Welfare Fund and despite the Court directing providing details of bank account by the concerned Investigating Officer he would submit that the Investigating Officer has breached the order. The concerned Investigating Officer shall immediately look into the matter and ensure that details of Police Welfare Fund are given to the Advocate for Applicant forthwith to enable the Applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- as directed
37_IA_860_2025.docx in the said order in the Police Welfare Fund. Learned APP appearing in the matter shall apprise the concerned Investigating Officer of this order.

Aforesaid order is passed on praecipe in IA No.860 of 2025.

Apart from the above, Applicant has filed Interim Application for extension of time for furnishing surety as directed by the Court in the bail order before the trial Court. He would submit that in view of the non compliance of clause (iii) of paragraph No.8 of the said order trial Court is not accepting the surety. 5.
Learned trial Court is directed to accept the surety on behalf of Applicant forthwith without seeking recourse / compliance of deposit of amount of Rs.50,000/- as stated in the bail order. This order is passed because of directions given to the concerned Investigating Officer in the present case hereinabove.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
