By this Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to go abroad from 15th April 2025 to 15th July 2025. 2.

The learned APP for the Respondent strongly objected on the ground that, if this Court will grant permission to go abroad, the Applicant may abscond.

The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad during the period of 15th April 2025 to 15th July 2025. 5.

The Applicant shall provide his address of abroad to I.O.

The Investigating Officer is directed to return the pass-port of the Applicant to travel abroad.
