Perusal of the record indicates that in the aforesaid interim application, the name of the victim is disclosed. This is impermissible in law. Hence, learned counsel for the appellant to forthwith amend the application by striking out the name of the victim as the victim is already described as Respondent No.2-XYZ.

Learned counsel for the appellant further states that as per the report submitted to this Court, the victim as well as her brother - respondent No.3 are duly served with notice and counsel has been appointed to represent respondent-victim. Thus, according to her there would not be any impediment in hearing the appeal. 4.

Learned appointed counsel for respondent No.2 also to represent respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for both sides to work out the appeal finally on 15th December 2025. Hence, to be heard finally on 15th December 2025. 6.
