The Applicant seeks indulgence of this Court for extending the time for filing the surety amount as granted vide order dated 9th January, 2025. The time for filing the surety stands extended for a further period of four weeks from today. The learned Advocate would submit that in Condition No.ii this Court has directed the Applicant to report to the EOW, Mumbai on every second and fourth Tuesday of every month and instead of Tuesday, he seeks the same to be modified to Saturday.
