By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram: P. K. Chavan, J.) vide order dated 14th February 2024, that the Applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Special Court until conclusion of the trial. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant is resident of Baroda and he is businessman and he needs to visit out of jurisdiction. The imposition of the condition on the Applicant, restricts him to visit out of the jurisdiction. Hence, requested to allow the application. Learned counsel further submitted that the Applicant Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

93-IA-909-2025 (CR).doc would attend NCB office as and when directed. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 strongly objected to allow the application, on the ground that if condition is relaxed, the Applicant may abscond and may not return. Hence, requested to reject the application.

4.

I have heard all learned counsel.

5.

Applicant is not seeking the relaxation of condition imposed on him to attend the NCB office once in month. So, his attendance at police station is secured. The Applicant is businessman and he intends to visit for the business purpose and leave the jurisdiction of the trial Court.

6.

Considering these fact, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant (Coram: P. K. Chavan, J.) vide order dated 14th February, 2024, is hereby relaxed.

ii. The Applicant shall furnish his fresh address or change in address, if any, to the investigating officer. 7.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of. ( SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) Shantanu S. Dhudum 2/2
