Since the conviction is under the provisions of The MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.07.31 15:21:43 +0530 Atrocities) Act, 1989, it is necessary that the complainant is Nesarikar

2 / 2 907-APEAL-ST-5114-25-@-IA.odt made a party. Therefore, the learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to add her as a party Respondent without disclosing her identity.

Leave to amend is granted to add the complainant as a party Respondent in all the Interim Applications. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Investigating Officer shall inform the added Respondent regarding the next date of listing and shall make a statement to that effect before the Court. The Investigating Officer shall also seek response whether the added Respondent wants assistance of Legal Aid Counsel.
