Parties agree that as similar issues arise in both the above interim applications, the following common order can be passed. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant would press for hearing the interim applications for suspension of the substantive sentence and consequent release of the applicant on bail. The complainant is respondent no.1 to the criminal revision application. However, the complainant is not Pallavi
3-REVN-86-2025.doc served. As the matter appears for the first time today, issue notice to the complainant. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no.1 - complainant by all permissible private modes of service on or before the returnable date and tender an affidavit of service in that regard.

It is made clear that subject to service on the complainant, if the complainant does not appear on the returnable date, the Court shall endeavour to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders on the interim application for suspension of sentence.

Considering the urgency and the limited interim reliefs which atleast seeks at this stage, list the proceedings for further consideration on 26 May 2025.
