DATE : 7th MARCH,2025 P.C. :- Mr. Memon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that in the present proceedings, the matter is today before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai and it is at the stage of cross examination of the applicant (Poonam Jaidev Shroff). He

KVM 2/2 905 - IA 928 OF 2025.doc submitted that the Supreme Court by its order 18th March, 2024 had specifically granted six months time to complete the trial and disposed of the proceedings before the Family Court. He submits that for one or the other reason, the trial is not proceeded as the applicant herein is not co-operating. He submits that he is even ready today to start the cross examination in the afternoon session at Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai and continue the cross examination on the next dates i.e. on 10th March 2025, 11th March 2025, 12th March 2025 and 13th March 2025. 2.

At this stage, Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application on instructions.
