The direction to Applicant in both Interim Applications is to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each by today. 6.

I have perused the orders dated 12.08.2025 which are appended to praecipe.

Mr. Sonawane would submit that Applicant requires time period of two weeks more to deposit the said amount. The exigency mentioned in the praecipe is perused by the Court and same is prima facie believable.

Time to deposit amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each granted vide order dated 12.08.2025 is extended further by a period of two weeks from today.
