Heard all learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Intervenor submits that on last several dates, the Applicant had sought the adjournment on the ground of settlement with the first informant and other purchasers. On the last date, this Court has recorded the statement of learned counsel for the Applicant and matter was adjourned to seeks instructions. The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submitted that the Applicant is ready to return money to the other purchasers. Now today, the Applicant is aware that this is a last working week and to avoid to return money, he has engaged new Advocate to contest the matter. It shows that the Applicant was deliberately adjourning the matter on the ground of settling with the purchasers.

Learned senior counsel for the Applicant submits that he will file affidavit of the Applicant.

It appears from record that the Applicant that he had sought several adjournment for settling the matter with the purchasers. Today, the Applicant is seeking adjournment for hearing on merit, as this Court is busy with other maters, hence matter is adjourned on 16th June, 2025 as a last chance to the Applicant to argue the matter.

As a last chance, interim relief granted earlier, to continue till the next date.

Charge sheet shall not be filed against the Applicant till decision of this application.
