In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in Criminal
KVM 2/2 19 - IA 953 OF 2025.doc Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused. 3.
In view of the same, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.
The learned A.P.P. to serve the copy of the present proceedings upon the newly added respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer.
