By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of conditions imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) vide order dated 19th October, 2023. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that the conditions imposed on the Applicant to attend the DRI Office once in a week, and not to leave Raigad and Thane Districts. Learned counsel further submitted that Applicant is attending Court's date regularly. The Applicant is resident of Chennai, he needs to go to Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/3

meet his family at Chennai. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that if conditions are relaxed, the Applicant may abscond and may not turn to attend the trial. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard all learned counsels.

The Applicant is attending the Court's date regularly. The Applicant has base in Chennai, and he intends to meet his family member.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. Application is allowed.

ii The Condition Nos.(c) and (f) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J.) vide order dated 19th October, 2023, are hereby relaxed.

iii. The Applicant shall attend the DRI Office as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

iv. The Applicant shall provide his residential address Shantanu S. Dhudum 2/3

or change in address to the Investigating Officer, and attend the Court's date regularly.

In view of the aforesaid terms and conditions, the application is allowed and disposed of.
