By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) dated 16.04.2024.

2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 16.04.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 14(b) has directed that "The Applicant shall not enter the Satara District after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial." Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was behind bar more than six years and thereafter for one year he has not 1/2

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that offence under Section 306 and relevant Sections of I.P.C. is registered against the applicant. If applicant is released on bail he may threaten prosecution witnesses hence requested to reject the application. 4.

I have heard both the learned counsel. The applicant was behind bar more than six years and after release from jail he has not entered the Satara District for one year. His family stays in Satara District and his marriage is fixed. Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 14(b) of the Order dated 16.04.2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

5.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed of. ( SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
