By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of order dated 29th September 2006 passed in Criminal Application No.940 of 2006.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the appeal is admitted in the year 2006 and while admitting the appeal, direction was given to the applicant to attend local police station and since then, the applicant is attending police station. Learned counsel further submitted that it may take time to dispose of the appeal, hence, requested to allow the interim application.

The application is allowed.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
