This Application seeks restoration of the Criminal Application for quashing of FIR, as the said Application was dismissed for non prosecution on 25.02.2025.

In fact in the said order of Division Bench of this Court not only dismissed the Application for non prosecution, and vacated the interim relief, but further directed the investigating officer to expeditiously file the charge sheet.

We are informed that the charge sheet was filed in August 2025.

In this Application, we find that other than making a general statement about the advocate earlier representing the Applicant not keeping well due to which he could not appear before the Court on 25.02.2025, no further details have been stated. 5.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that an additional affidavit along with supporting documents can be placed on record to demonstrate the genuineness of the statement made in paragraph 6 of the present application. 6.

Additional affidavit along with documents be placed on record within three weeks from today.
