The offense alleged against the applicant are under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Therefore, the remedy for the applicant is to invoke Section 14-A of the said Act.

Hence, the present bail application stands disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file appeal under the said Act. 3.
