Heard Mr. Mulekar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Jadhav, learned Advocate for original Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent.

2.

Mr. Mulekar would persuade the Court to consider to put an embargo on Applicant in view of condition in bail order dated 27.02.2025 requiring original Applicant to not re-associate with the victim prosecutrix in any manner or to make any attempt to harass her through any medium.

Original Applicant has been served and Ms. Jadhav, learned Advocate appears for him. She would submit that she has obtained instructions and according to instructions received by her she would submit that the original Applicant has absolutely no objection whatsoever to the grant of Interim Application. Hence the apprehension which has been expressed by present Applicant stands addressed.
