This is an application for condonation of delay of 41 days in filing Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 26/11/2024, passed by learned Special Judge, Mangaon, DistRaigad, in Special Case No.101/2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 objected for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions and also taking into account the fact that the Applicant is 75 years of age and in the interest of justice, the delay of 41 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
