By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 3rd October 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer of Economic Offences Wing once in a month and shall not leave the jurisdiction of Mumbai/Mumbai suburban District and Thane N.S. District without prior permission of the Trial Court. 3.
The learned counsel further submitted that, the Applicant is businessman he has to leave Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District and Thane District for his business purpose and he is finding difficult to take permission of the Trial Court. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the Applicant is attending Court dates regularly hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition Nos.(d) and (f) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 03rd October 2023 are relaxed.

(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
(iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
