By this interim application, the applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of one week to appear for his first year B.A. LL.B. (2nd term) examination which is scheduled to be held on 25th and 26th March 2025 in Children Welfare Centre's College of Law, Malad (West), Mumbai.

Perused the application. The applicant, through the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, has secured admission in Children Welfare Centre's College of Law, Malad (West), Mumbai for the 5-year Law Course. Vide order dated 25th May 2024, this Court (Coram : N. R. Borkar and Somasekhar Sundaresan, JJ.) granted temporary bail to the applicant for one week to appear for LL.B. C.E.T examination, which was held on 30th May 2024. As noted above, pursuant thereto, the applicant secured admission in the aforesaid College. It appears that the applicant's 2nd term LL.B examination is scheduled on 25th and 26th March 2025. It is not in dispute that the applicant has previously complied with the order dated 25th May 2024. It also appears that this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere and Shivkumar Dige, JJ.) vide order dated 13th December 2024 released the applicant on temporary cash bail for three days to enable him to appear for his examination, which was scheduled on 18th December 2024 on certain terms and 2/4
conditions as stipulated in the order. It is not in dispute that the applicant has complied with the order and surrendered on time, as stipulated in the said order.
Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted temporary bail from 20th March 2025 till 27th March 2025, so as to enable the applicant to appear for his examination on 25th and 26th March 2025, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
i) The applicant be released on temporary cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- from 20th March 2025 till 27th March 2025;
ii) Cash bail be submitted before the jail Authorities of Paithan Jail, Aurangabad;
iii) The applicant shall surrender before the Open District Prison, Paithan on 27th March 2025.

The application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. Learned APP to forthwith communicate the above order to the Superintendent of Paithan Jail, Aurangabad, so as to enable the jail authorities to comply with the same. Stand over to 28th March 2025. To be listed on the Supplementary Board, for recording compliance of the applicant's surrender before the concerned jail. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
