This is an application for condoning the delay of 165 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 30/07/2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, Barshi, in Special Case No.20/2014.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 165 days in filing the Appeal, is condoned. 6.
