Ms.Hivrale, learned APP appears for the Applicant-State. The Interim Application No.1088 of 2025 has been filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking condonation of delay of 204 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order of acquittal.

Despite notice, the opposite party has not appeared. We have perused the grounds stated in the Application explaining the delay. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned APP and the grounds stated in the Application, we are inclined to condone the delay of 204 days.
