1) This is an Application for condonation of 152 days delay in preferring an Appeal under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Agency Act, against the Order dated 2nd September, 2024, passed below KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE Date: 2025.11.28 17:45:29 +0530 Exhibit-37 in Special Case (NIA) No.329 of 2023, rejecting the application of the Applicant for Bail.
2) Mr. Chintan Shah, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 submitted that, Mr. Pravin Ingawale, Superintendent of Police, NIA, Mumbai, has filed an Affidavit dated 25th July, 2025, opposing the Application for condonation of delay and the same may be considered as his 1/2

3) Perusal of Application indicates that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of the said delay. Even otherwise in the interest of justice, the said delay needs to be condoned as the Applicant is seeking hearing of his application for bail, by way of present Appeal. 4) In view of the above and in the interest of justice, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
