Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for respondent-State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant will deposit 50% of the compensation amount within two weeks. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 strongly objected for continuing the interim relief of suspension of sentence on the ground that Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

82-IA-1124-2025 (CR).doc Shubhada S Kadam or the other pretext. Hence, requested to reject the request of the applicant of depositing 50% compensation amount within two weeks. 3.

I have heard both learned counsel. It appears from the record that the applicant's sentence is suspended for 30 days in February 2025 by the Sessions Court. However, till date, the applicant has not deposited any amount. Considering these facts, the applicant shall deposit 50% of the compensation amount within two weeks.

If the applicant fails to comply the order of this Court, this Court would pass appropriate order on the next date of hearing. 5.

The interim order, granted by the Sessions Court, be continued till next date of hearing.

Stand over to 9th February 2026.
