The matter is taken out of turn by consent of learned Counsel for both the contesting parties. This application is for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2853/2024 which was dismissed for nonprosecution vide the order dated 3rd July 2024. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that though she had filed her Vakilpatra, the name of the earlier Advocate continued to be displayed on the Board and, therefore, she could not remain present when the matter was called out.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the original Criminal Writ Petition No.2853/2024 is restored to its original file. We are informed that the parties have settled the matter. Therefore, Petition be listed on 21st April 2025. 4.
