The Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Criminal Revision Application No.369 of 2024. By Order dated 27th February 2025 the said Criminal Revision Application No.369 of 2024 has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).

Accordingly, Order dated 27th February 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No.369 of 2024 is recalled and set aside. Resultantly, the said Criminal Revision Application No.369 of 2024 is restored to the file of this Court.

As the Criminal Revision Application is restored to the file of this Vaibhav Page No. 1
