In the pending appeal, the Appellant is seeking direction to renew the passport. He was permitted by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mumbai and by the Sessions Court, Nashik to renew the passport. Copies of the 2 orders to that effect are tendered. The same are taken on record, marked as Annexure-X.
