In view of the above and considering that the intervenor was a party to the Criminal Bail Application No. 819 of 2024, present Interim Application is allowed. Applicant to carry out amendment to cause title of the Interim Application No. 5267 of 2024 by adding the intervenor as Respondent No. 2. Amendment be carried out on or before 26th June, 2025.
