Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent State.

Considering the prayer made in the application and considering the office submission dated 10.07.2025, learned APP is directed to take instructions from the concerned officer of City Survey and Land Record's office whether they can bring a scanner in this Court for scanning the concerned register pertaining to the Society's property i.e. CTS No. 255 so that the process of issuing property card to the Applicant can be taken forward.

Office submission indicates that a letter dated 27.06.2025 is already issued by the Superintendent, Mumbai, City Survey and Land Record on the basis of which office submission is issued. 4.
