P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 41 days in preferring an Appeal under Section 11 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (MPID Act), against the Order dated 10th December, 2024, passed by the Designated Court under the MPID Act, Mumbai.

2) Perusal of Application reveals that, the Applicants have made out sufficient cause for condonation of said delay. 3) In view thereof, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
