In this application, notice was issued on 18.08.2025. The notice to Respondent No.3 is received back unserved with the police reporting that the said respondent is not residing on the given address.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the address of Respondent No.3 shown in this application is the very address that the said respondent has shown in a suit filed by the said respondent.

In that light, permission is sought for serving the said Respondent No.3 by way of paper publication.

Hence, the applicants are granted permission to serve Respondent No.3 by way of publishing notice in English Daily 'Free Press Journal' and Marathi Daily 'Lokshakti' having circulation in Bhiwandi, Thane.

The said direction be complied within four weeks from today and affidavit in that regard be filed on or before the next date of listing.
