By this interim application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition No.28(i) of the order dated 12 February 2025 seeking release on cash bail.

Considering the reasons assigned therein, the interim application is allowed.

The applicant is directed to be released on cash of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only). However, the applicant shall furnish P.R. Bond as directed by this Court in order dated 12 February 2025 within eight (8) weeks from the date of his release.
