By this application, the applicant seeks recall of order dated 28.02.2025. The said order reads thus:

The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there were no instructions from the applicant to the advocate, who was appearing for the applicant in bail application to withdraw the bail application. Considering facts and circumstances, instead of recalling the order dated 28.02.2025, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh application for bail.
