By this interim application, the applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of twelve weeks on the premise that the applicant's son, aged 16 years drowned on 14th March, 2025. 2.
Perused the application. It appears that the applicant had applied for emergency parole, pursuant to the demise of his son aged 1/3
16 years who drowned on 14th March, 2025. We are informed that the applicant was granted parole for 14 days and that he has surrendered well within time.

By this application, the applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of twelve weeks, on the ground that he needs to give emotional support to his wife, who is presently in a trauma having lost their only child.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the applicant's child expired on 14th March, 2025 due to drowning and that he was the only child of the applicant.

Considering the aforesaid, on humanitarian ground in the peculiar facts of this case, we grant temporary bail to the applicant for a period of eight weeks from the date of his release, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The applicant be released on temporary bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one 2/3
or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the closest Police Station, where the applicant intends to reside once in a week, on every Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. iii) The applicant shall furnish his address/addresses where he intends to reside and contact numbers to the concerned Police Station, after his release. iv) The applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities on completion of the period of eight weeks. 6.
The application is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

Stand over to 10th June, 2025 for recording compliance of the order of surrender.
