This application is filed for seeking relaxation of condition no.(b) imposed on the applicant while granting bail. The condition initially directed the applicant to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month. The condition was relaxed vide order dated 16th July 2021 directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in three months on the first Monday of the month. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI 1/2

4-IA-1230-2025.docx applicant is a daily wage earner and he is facing hardship and attending the police station creates difficulty in not getting his daily wage. He further submits that he is also required to attend all the dates in the trial court which he is attending.

Considering that the trial has commenced and one witness is already examined, no purpose would be served by directing the applicant to attend the police station. 4.

Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application and the stage of the trial, condition no. (b) is relaxed.

The applicant shall attend all the dates in the trial court unless exempted by a written order of the concerned court. 6.

It is clarified that all other conditions imposed while granting bail shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the applicant.
