By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed in paragraph (4) by order dated 8th May 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed that "except for attending the trial, the applicant shall not enter the area of Pune Corporation limits and Pimpri Chinchwad Corporation limits."

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the condition of the co-accused has been relaxed. Hence, requested to allow the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in paragraph (4) of the order dated 8th May 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

The interim application stands disposed of.
