By order dated 5th December 2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1608 of 2024, the Applicant was released on bail, on the bail conditions at Paragraph Nos. 7(i) to (vi). 3.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief :- "a.

This Hon'ble Court in good faith be please to relax and/or modify the condition at clause no. 3 in the operating part of the order dated 5th December 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1608 of 2024."

Bail Condition No. 7(iii) of the order dated 5th December 2024 reads as follows :- "iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 16th day of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., till the conclusion of the trial except on the date of trial."

Mr. Sutar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Charge is framed and the proceedings are now registered as 'Special Case (MPID) No. 308 of 2023'. He states that the Applicant is regularly appearing in the said case before the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli. He submits that the learned Court having taken cognizance and the Applicant having submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court, Condition No. 7(iii) of the order dated 5th December 2024, which requires the Applicant to attend the Police Station, is causing inconvenience to the Applicant. He states that he has instructions from the Applicant to make a statement that the Applicant shall appear before the learned Court on each and every date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge in Special Case (MPID) No. 308 of 2023.

Mr. Vinod Chate, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the charge-sheet is filed, the case is registered as 'Special Case (MPID) No. 308 of 2023' and the Applicant is appearing before the learned Court. He further submits that in the event, the Applicant undertakes to appear on each dates of hearing before the Court in Special Case (MPID) No. 308 of 2023, then the present Application of the Applicant can be considered.

Mr. Sutar, learned Advocate reiterates that he has been instructed by the Applicant to state that the Applicant shall appear before the learned Sessions Court at Sangli on each date of hearing. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the above and considering the statement made by the Applicant, Bail Condition No. 7(iii) of the order dated 5th December 2024, passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1608 of 2024, is relaxed. All other conditions of the order dated 5th December 2024 continue.

Interim Application No. 1251 of 2025 stands disposed of in the abovesaid terms.
