DATED : 11th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Criminal Interim Application No.1253/2025 is taken out during pendency of the Criminal Appeal No.1226/2018 and the Applicant seek permission to apply for re-issuance of passport by the Passport Office, Thane. 2) On hearing the Counsel for the Applicant and on perusal of the Application, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Application by granting liberty to the Appellant to file an Application for renewal of the passport to the Competent Authority which shall be duly considered and mere pendency of the Appeal shall not be a ground for its rejection. 3) With this direction, Interim Application No.1253 of 2025 stands disposed of.
