Office report dated 31st July 2025 indicates that the advocate for the Applicant has not supplied spare copy till that date and hence notice was not issued to the Respondent No.2 who is the original complainant in the matter. 4th September 2025

The counsel for the Applicant to supply to spare copy in the Registry forthwith and list by Monday to facilitate the Registry to issue notice to the Respondent No.2. 3.

In case the Applicant fails to furnish copy to the Registry the present application shall be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

If the copy is furnished to the Registry by Monday, Registry to issue notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 18th September 2025. In addition to Court notice, the Applicant to serve the Respondent No.2 by private notice and file an Affidavit of Service on or before the next date. 5.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP appearing for the state in the present matter shall also take instructions as to whether the Applicant has complied with the conditions in the order dated 28th January 2019.
